Barbara's Intuitive combines various massage techniques with firm pressure and a slow rhythm: acupressure, kneading, stretching, friction and smoothing. A subtle blend of Balinese and Californian Massage, her technique is renowned for soothing the mind and relieving muscular tension in depth.

Barbara may include Shiatsu movements in her Intuitive Massage. This Japanese technique uses pressure on the meridians to release physical tension, rebalance energies and soothe emotions. Also drawing inspiration from foot reflexology, Barbara releases nervous tension.
