YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE INSTITUTE
The institute is entirely privatized for you. As there is no waiting room, please arrive right on time (not early). We will greet you directly at the building entrance - no need to ring the bell!
To arrive with peace of mind, allow extra time for parking, especially on Saturdays and market days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.), when parking lots are often full.
PARKING
Carnot Parking: 2 minutes’ walk from the institute, paid parking. Please note that it’s not suitable for very large vehicles - we recommend Carcassonne or Rotonde instead.
Carcassonne Parking: 10 minutes’ walk, 1h30 free, and free all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
Rotonde Parking: 15 minutes’ walk, paid parking.
Street parking: scarce and paid (usually free from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.). It often takes time to find a spot.
BOOKINGS
We welcome you by appointment only, from Monday to Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., at 17 Rue Pavillon, Aix-en-Provence (Carnot parking nearby).

More than 24 hours in advance: No problem at all! Contact us by text or phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.
Less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your session for the following week, depending on availability.
No-show: Without prior notice, we unfortunately cannot refund or reschedule the appointment.
These conditions allow us to organize our schedule efficiently and provide attentive care to every client.
